WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Direct online wholesale ordering is available to approved retailer accounts. Sign in using your approved ordering email address. Fixed wholesale catalogue prices are separate from public retail prices. Consumer discount codes do not apply to wholesale orders.

In using Wandering Sol website, you (the wholesaler) are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.

Payment
For direct online orders of in-stock Crossbody bags, payment is due in full at checkout before dispatch. Available payment methods and the total payable are displayed before you pay. Any separately agreed preorder or other payment terms will be confirmed in writing.

Minimum Order
The minimum direct online Crossbody order is four bags. At the current wholesale price of A$44.50 per bag including GST, four bags total A$178 including GST, with free standard shipping within Australia. Additional bags can be ordered individually. Minimum quantities and prices for future products will be confirmed separately. 

Refund/Cancellation policy
We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design we will replace the goods or issue a credit depending on the circumstance. 

Postage and Handling
Standard Australian shipping is free on direct online Crossbody wholesale orders of four or more bags. Any optional delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days. Any free-shipping promotion applies only within its stated dates and eligibility conditions.

*Please note: international stockists do not pay gst. However shipping and import duties + taxes are the responsibility of the wholesale customer.

Imagery
Wandering Sol are happy to provide imagery that we have to promote our collection for the use on websites and any social media. Please note that these images are still solely owned by Wandering Sol and both companies are to agree on usage. We are also in agreement of you using your own creative images.

In the case you wish to share an image not owned by Wandering Sol, shared through our social media, you need to get express permission from the original owner of the image prior to posting, all credits correctly applied.

We do not approve of using our imagery for the purpose of promoting sale stock or heavily discounting unless we have given written permission.

Fraud
Fraudulent activities are highly monitored on our site and if fraud is detected, Wandering Sol shall resort to all remedies available to us and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

Law that Applies
Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according to the laws of New South Wales.
