If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The shipping costs are your responsibility.
If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. We have a 30 day warranty period on all of our pieces. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items(s) must be unused and unwashed with all original packaging/tags attached.
- Giftcards, sale and clearance are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
How do I return an item?

- Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- We will endeavour to respond to your email within 2 business days and provide you with a returns form and necessary instructions.
- All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back at our warehouse. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
- All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.
